Return and Refund Policy

Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority, so to better serve every customer, NexGrab.com requires all returns to be requested within 30 days of receipt of your items. You need a RMA number from our customer service department. To do this, just contact our Customer service to get it.

You may return any unopened merchandise, except Skincare and Haircare items, and it must be in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless it’s our fault.

Our 30 day return policy

Refund will be issued on your unopened item (s) returned within 30 days.
Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received.
Opened returned products will be discarded and no refund or credit will be issued.
Refrigerated products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Examples include, but are not limited to, probiotics.
Gift cards, coupons, promotions, free gifts etc. are non-refundable.

When Can You Get Your Refund?

Once we receive your returned product (s) in the aforementioned conditions, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days. Note that depending on your financial institution, the transaction could take additional days to fully be returned and available on your credit, debit or bank account.

Damaged Products

If you received a damaged product, please save your shipping information and don’t discard any damaged boxes, packaging, or products as these will serve as proof of your report. You may be asked to provide pictures of your damaged products to help us process your claim swiftly.
